San Bernardino is a large city in the “Inland Empire” region to the east of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. The facilities in the city itself are the San Bernardino Community Hospital, and St Bernadine’s Medical Center. Other notable facilities nearby include the San Bernardino County Medical Center in Colton, and the Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda.
Transportation
The main airport for the county is the San Bernardino International Airport. San Bernardino is the terminus for two Los Angeles Metrolink rail lines. Bus service within the city is provided by Omnitrans.
