Judging the ‘Quality’ in Quality Assisted Living Centers

I’ve just discovered this great video by Dr. Leslie Morgan. Dr. Morgan is a professor of Sociology at the University of Maryland’s Center for Aging Studies.

In the video, she asks, “what does ‘high quality’ mean when describing assisted living centers?”

We know that quality means different things to different people, but the objective is to establish national standards in order that all senior living centers can offer optimal care for its residents. Check it out:
